A spacious and well ventilated girl's common room is set up in Tagore Hall of Old Hostel Block. It can accommodate 80 persons. A fabricated cubical is created in it and provision for two table tennis is kept in it as a source of recreation for students. Apart from this there are other indoor games kept for students as a source of recreation during free period. At present this room is being renovated and soon it will be thrown open for students once off line class work begins.
